Great job on repairs but please please please work on better communication with customer. I never got a call to update me on status or delays. I left messages that went unrefined. The only way I was able to get in touch with anyone was to show up at the office.

Corey and I discussed the problem throughout the process and it was a little bit of miscommunication from her as well as waiting on parts but when challenged to find the lamp bracket part elsewhere, it was ordered and delivered immediately so should not have had to call to ask to check around for the part. You had my vehicle for over 60 days for less than $1000 work and I had to call checking on it all the time. I really like J&J, have used you in the past and referred friends and family and was also recommended by Charlie Jackson at Geico...so really disappointed this time around. I'm sure I will use you again and hope this was just a fluke with Corey!

Was told would receive a call back, but never have. I always have to call to check in and when I do am told other things have landed on the desk and they will look in to it and call me.
