The whole team was great from the moment I walked into the door. The CCC, Geico, and Enterprise reps were all very attentive, informative, and efficient. I didn't have to spend more than 30 minutes, I believe, before I drove off with my rental. I was impressed with the text updates; they made me feel you guys were taking care of me and not just pushing my car to the side. I loved the timely matter the repair has handled in. Lastly, I appreciated that you folks cleaned and washed my car throughly. I think that little detail was the cherry on top.
