The shop said they would patch up a key scratch on the left side of my trunk. When I came to pick up the car, it was not repaired. The woman who worked at the shop asked someone to patch it up. He came back with a small can of paint and brushed some on quickly. It wasn't professional. I had a great initial impression of the shop until this instance.
