Car not returned to condition prior to accident. I feel like the shop did not do enough to make it happen. I was told that I have a better chance of winning the lotto than having errors be related to the accident,even though they turned on instantly after the hit.

I was very pleased with everyone who I talked to from the moment I entered the door for the first time. The shop texted me with updates so I know the status without having to call to check. The repair was done in the same day which I was extremely happy about. When I went in to pick up my car, the car was ready at the garage door for my final check. The repair was done nicely and the car was vacuumed and was cleaner than when I dropped off my car!! Overall, I am very happy with the level of repair work and service I received.
