Great experience with SDR. There was a minor glitch with application of a decal on my bumper, but it was pointed out to me at time of delivery and SDR promised to make it right if the decal does not lay flat in a few weeks. Very professional and pleasant experience. I felt like SDR values my time.

Absolute worst experience with SDR Collision Center. Will never return for future repairs, and will make sure friends/family do not as well. Shannon was beyond rude, lied about covering certain repairs, and basically mocked me when the insurance company agreed to cover these repairs. Shannon also tried to back the job done on my vehicle by saying the hood was clearly aligned with the vehicle, when it CLEARLY was not. One side of the hood was correct, and the other side was almost 2 inches off. Just an unreal, sickening experience.
This is a prime example of how NOT to run a business.
