My repair took longer than I was quoted. It took 3 weeks. When they called me to tell me the car finally was ready I turned in my rental car first. When I inspected my car there was a big scratch on the bumper that was not there when I brought the car in and the mirror scratch was not repaired. My husband needed to pick me up since enterprise did not have any cars for me. Everyone at SDR was very nice and my car is now fixed.

Pros :- car was fixed properly
Cons:- there was some spare tyre kept on my trunk without telling me, And that was not mine. The dirt of the tyre and the tyre itself put lot of scratch mark on my car. This is not acceptable .
