From the reception person *was her name Barbara?) to what appears to be a well done technical job to the interaction by Jeff, I was impressed, and it seemed that the car was vacuumed inside and washed outside. The only thing that could have added to the experience is if they could have offered to get paint for the chips on the passenger side side door in the back so that that could have been taken care of-but that was not related. I would have been interested in a quote for that- but it was not related to the hit and run.
