They promised my adjustor and me the car would be ready by Friday Aug. 7th before I went on vacation. It wasn't. Then Geico was giving me a hard time extending coverage for the rental. And now I have my car back and there is rattling in the rear hatch door, there is a huge dent in the left/rear door that was not fixed and a light above the license plate is hanging down. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a shop.

The car was repaired on time. Updates were sent every single day keeping me in the loop. When I picked up the car, I was walked through the repairs. The car was detailed and cleaned before delivery.
The only concern I had was the battery seemed to have been drained. The car took a little bit to get started and even after running for an hour non-stop (regular commute), it would not start normally. This wasn't how the case was before I dropped the car off. This problem continues even 2 days after the receipt of the car.
