Paint was not done right. I had to turn in my rental car before I came out to view it and now I have to get another car to go to work tomorrow and hopefully it'll be ready then on Thursday afternoon. But I'm not happy with what I saw when I got there and there's no way your people didn't see it before I did. No one really looked at my car before I was called to come get it.

I had asked about getting the interior of the car cleaned while the car was with Obaugh's, and even offered to pay for this service. I was assured that was not necessary, and that there would be a complimentary cleaning. The cleaning did not Get done. The staff was very nice, helpful, the arrangements with Enterprise went smoothly, the repair job looks great. But their hours of 0800 to 1700 with no Saturday hours, make it hard for those of us who work.

Received several e-mails that auto would be ready on Monday, November 16. We trusted this correspondence and drove from Florida (13 Hours) on Monday to pick up auto at 5 P.M. Auto was not ready and rescheduled for Tuesday, November 17. Auto was not ready for us to drive back to Florida until 5 P.M. on Wednesday, November 18. Although we were reimbursed 110 for a single night of extra lodging on Monday, the truth is between two extra nights of lodging, meals, and Kennel costs in Florida, we incurred nearly 400 in extra expense for the delay in receiving our Honda Civic. The engine light was on for the entire trip back and when we went to a Honda dealer in Florida, we incurred a 99 charge to resolve the issue which was that codes and sensor programs were not properly plugged back in. Obviously the auto was not road tested and quality checked prior to delivery to us. How do you want me react with this situation. Richard Kowalski

There are no words to use in explaining the wonderful treatment I received. When I was picking up my Honda I received a call that my grandson and his mother were in a car accident.
