I don't think it could have gone any smoother. The service at the front desk was incredibly friendly, helpful, and fast. They made it very clear if there was anything I wasn't satisfied with, they would do everything they could to fix it. The work on the car was high quality and thorough. They didn't rush the repair because they wanted to make sure everything was completely fixed before they let me drive it off the lot. The only "problem" was when I went to pick my car up and it wouldn't start. Kim Dryden immediately helped me jump the car off EVEN THOUGH it was after hours. He then called me half an hour later (again after hours) and the next day to make sure everything was still okay. Overall, service provided was above and beyond.
