My vehicle was in for running over a decorative stone. Obviously my wheel was impacted, nothing was done to the bent rim, I understand if it wasn't going to be repaired due to my insurance carrier not covering the damage, but my vehicle was obviously losing air in that location, my car was given back to me with a significantly decreased amount of air in my tire. I mean how much time does it take to put air in a tire.

Took my car in on 6/6/16 and did not get it back till 6/16/16. I called on 6/14/16 to see if my car was ready and they told me that the door latch was damaged and they had to order a new part. This was not part of the original claim. Nor did they bother to call me and tell me there would be a delay in getting my car back since the original completion target date was 6/14/16. I've received my car back and the back left passenger door is not aligned correctly now causing the door latch to not function properly. Not satisfied at all.

The workmanship appears to be very good and was completed faster than I expected. I am especially pleased with how helpful the team was there at College Park Collision - - they took me home after I dropped off the car and sent the shuttle for me to pick me up when the car was done, which was an enormous help!
