On the estimate receipt is said that the mirror cover was replaced as well as the door handle...the door handle is scratched and the mirror cover looks exactly the same...no work was done on those areas.

Repairs looked good on exterior. When paint was sprayed on the hood and bumper, it got sprayed into my custom short ram air intake. It has yellow paint all over it...
Also, someone left a cigarette **** in my cup holder. I don't appreciate the idea of someone smoking in my car.
