I was surprised to have to wait for so long when I had an appointment. It took 45 minutes to drop off the vehicle and get the rental I had reserved. I have no complaints about the service or work. The rental car, however was so dirty on the outside. It impacted visibility and safety. The windows and mirrors should have been cleaned.
