Had my S-10 in your body shop in 2009 and had a great experience as I did this time around. No one likes their ride getting dented and twisted and you get things back to normal painlessly. Too bad, I utilized Bill Luke’s Bodyshop previously, 2013-14, for my 2011 Ram 3500, (purchased at Bill Luke), and I was extremely satisfied...this experience was the opposite

The repairs were fine but the customer service was lacking. Every time I called to ask a question I was made to feel like I was bothering them. Also, when my car was washed some kind of fragrance must have been sprayed in my car because it had a strong scent when I picked it up. I am a severe asthmatic and this scent made it very difficult for me to breathe.
