Everything was great

While the work done was excellent, as soon as I got in the car I noticed this strong chemical odor. Regardless, I drove off with the windows down thinking that this would solve the problem. After about an hour of driving around, I parked the car at home and went back into the car. The odor was still there. I then called Barry and he had me come back in. Once at the dealership, he had one of his body shop people get in the car. The body shp person then came back and told me that he didn't smell it, as he was used to the smell. He then offered to ionize (or something of that nature) to get rid of the odor and said that would take about an hour or so. Needless to say, I declined. My thought process here, USAA recommended you as a reliable service provider and I selected you based on that reputation. Whey did your Body shop not perform the odor abatement before I came and picked up the car to ensure I had no issues? I recently had another vehicle in a different shop for some body work and I did not experience this issue. By the way, I was actually thinking about looking at a new Jeep, as this Mercedes is coming off of a lease as of 15Nov2017, but, this experience alone has steered me back to Mercedes, as I don't think that they would have been satisfied with this result. Needless to say, I was not happy with the inability of both Barry and your body shop person to address the issue before I came to pick up the car. Don, I would think that the inability to anticipate customer needs might be detrimental to your business. Barry is awesome.... I have had some very bad luck this year...4 accidents none my fault. My car is my baby and Barry has been exceptional. I would certainly refer others to your body shop and tell them to ask for Barry.

Front fender not aligned with the hood. Paint runs on the back bumper ....bad. Only part of the car rubbed out so it's apparently it has been repaired. My husband took his car to you a couple months ago and you did an excellent job. I am very disappointed with the work on my car. I didn't expect bill Louie to do sloppy work. Now I have to take more time off work and gave the inconvenience of not having my car while you fix it. I feel bill Luke should give me a rental while the problem is being corrected.
