The overall communication between the shop and myself was terrible. Plus I felt like I was given a bad attitude by the gentleman than assisted me. In addition, my stereo was not reset properly and I had to return back to the shop after driving away. The whole experience was frustrating to say the least

My experience was a very highly satisfied service with the Lehigh Valley Collusion. They did a great job on my car, quickly. And faves us a nice rental car for two days which was a very nice car. I can honestly say this was over the top service I had every experienced,
The workman ship is also more than I exspected, it's just as good as you could have,,
As of now I took a trip to Lancaster, however not sure what's wrong but my engine check light came on just as I got within a few blocks of the hotel.
The engine seems to run okay so I will need to check into when I come home,
Not pointing a finger at anyone, but I have never had a fault with my van, not to say it can't happen, but just surprised me..
Again 150% satisfied with the service I recieved from Rothrock! I will always have my work and recommend Rothrock to everyone. ..
