My car was actually cleaner inside and out after I picked it up than when I dropped it off. I really appreciate that "extra". The staff is very friendly. I was kept up to date on progress via text messaging. I was also able to have my spoiler painted at the same time on a separate quote outside of the claim at the same time at a decent price. The driver's seatbelt is no longer retracting as it is supposed to. The aluminum strip below driver's side rear door window frame is loose on one end. It took almost an hour to pickup the car from the dealer since there was only one person at the cashier's desk. I was the 3rd customer.

"Completely"?
First, there was a wait with the Estimator (or some-such title)not being immediately available.
Repairs were more expensive than I expected for replacing the side-view mirror.
When I called for my car's status (Tuesday?), she seemed to expect Friday (but I thought her answer inferred that it might take the weekend, too.) "We'll call you" came the response that did not sound too pleased.
Ending on a good note, the car was done earlier than the weekend.
