I understand delays happen, but being told for two weeks the truck would be ready and it wasn’t cost me **** of dollars in rental car bills. Additionally having to call your office and repeatedly ask for status updates after being advised the vehicle was in final prep and three days later it was almost ready was just plain poor customer service.

There is a problem with the lighting on the front hood. Some of the lights are out and the cover over the lights is different than what was originally there. I plan to contact Mike tomorrow regarding this problem.
