Mike was great! He explained everything very well about how the repair would go. The car was washed and waxed very well, but my things were thrown in the backseat anyhow, and the seats were way out of alignment. The driver's seat was pushed far back, and as I am short, I fell into the seat. Also, the passenger's seat was pushed up next to the dashboard. Other than that, service was sufficient.
