The workmanship was top notch. The car was clean. However, some employee or employees took a joy ride in my car for about 14 miles. They disconnected the power cable and changed some of the software in my dash cam. They did this to hide where they took my car. I'm still trying to correct the settings on my dash cam. They changed the temp settings on my car. They used my car's sound system and reset it to an unknown FM station. I trusted Capital Collision with my car repairs. I did not expect its employees to use my car and to sabotage its equipment without my permission. I hope that Capital Collision will better police its employees' behavior and conduct. One of these days, they'll wreck a customer's car during one of their unauthorized joy rides and subject Capital Collision to unexpected and substantial legal liabilities. I cannot talk.
