Other than needing to phone in for status updates, I was very impressed overall with the estimate process (as important repairs were not caught by another company), professionalism from all personnel (from desk to repair to reception), and top-notch repairs.
I would suggest finding an app that will automatically send feedback to customers feedback BY TEXT. These are often auto-generated when someone updates the "file" in any way such as "painting complete" or "Parts removed" or "inspection complete." It's really a step above all others, and VERY customer oriented.
