James is an absolute treasure! He truly is an expert at the customer service experience.
I was frequently updated via text on the progress of my repair. James educated me on the process of rental car pick up/drop off. So very helpful! The back story is that I had used Joe Hudson for a previous cars repair, and had a completely different (in a bad way) experience. And I didn’t choose Joe Hudson for this repair because of it. Your team knocked it out of the park! I will use you again and recomend you. PS. Think about a bonus for James. As a small business owner and a healthcare manager, I know how great customer service can shape a company’s fortune. He is a shining example of that.

Debbie, Natasha, Ken, and TJ were awesome. Debbie always answered the phone kindly and professionally. Natasha consistently returned calls if they were missed and answered the phone to answer questions about my service. Ken was very helpful in getting all my things transferred between cars as well as installing a car seat twice. That was such a nice thing to do for a mom with a toddler. Ken also asked multiple times if I was satisfied with my repairs and to please not hesitate to call with any questions or if I was not satisfied. TJ was fast and efficient at getting me into our rental. I was not happy with the condition of the car, but TJ let me know that if I was not satisfied with my rental he would find me another rental. He also let me know that I could have the local branch clean the car for me if I still was not happy with my rental. Overall great experience and I would definitely recommend Bay Dodge because of the customer service. Good job guys!

Ken was absolutely wonderful. He even helped me get my things in and out of each vechile. Ken called me with updates and the body shop sent texts to my phone throughout updating process. If anything had changes with the pick up date, it got sent straight to my phone in a text message. The customer service was the best I’ve seen and will be using them again if I ever need repairs! Highly recommend Bay body shop to anyone needing efficient and thorough work. My Jeep looks brand new.
