I loved that I never had to call to check the status of the Jeep. I always got a call and was updated when there was a change. Greg was very nice every time he called. He made me feel like I was important. I closed out my caseat with Makayla (hope I got her name right) she was very professional and showed me my vehicle before I took it. Was notified the car was ready on thursday afternoon. My wife called Friday morning to make sure the car was completely ready to be picked up as she had an appt. in Dothan, Al(****.5 hours away) and was being dropped off at the body shop by a friend.
When she arrived, she found broken glass in the seat, in the door panel pockets in the back seat seat belt shoulder harnesses and grease stains on the seat, seat back and floor mats. it took so long to vacuum and clean the car, she missed her appointment.
Dennis spoke with her and as she put it, He didn't seem as if it was any big deal"
I spoke with Greg Latta later in the day and he explained that is not how you normally do business.
By the way, The car paint and damage repair look great. Have not had a chance to check out to see if the rear defroster works. To be clear, I am very satisfied on the repair of the car...it is just the customer service when my wife came to pick up the car that is unacceptable. Tim ****, ****-****-xxxx

Got called saying my car was ready for pickup. Upon my inspection, I found two clips missing under the hood (black covers), was not happy with the bumper alignment on the damaged side (right), I didn't make it out of the parking lot and had to give the car back to them. I was getting a sensor warning saying my hood was open. The problem is that I told them about this when I turned the car into them. I know it's not Bay, Lincoln , Dodge Body Shop fault and I appreciate then getting me the majority of OEM parts; I didn't like the fact that an Aftermarket radiator and condenser was installed. I'm highly in favor of good customer service and exceptionally quality work. The staff was very friendly, but the maintenance I was not impressed. I would love to have my bumper aligned properly and not the excuse of that's way it goes on. If the factory can align spaces and gaps, your shop should have the same or similar skills.
