The Geico fast repairs team and the Bay body shop did an amazing job. I was rear ended last Saturday and within a week I got my car back! They made it as inconvenient as humanly possible for me and even accommodated me by getting my car done ahead of schedule so I could have it before I went out of town for the weekend. Icannot say enough good things about their work and their customer service!

However the payment process was difficult as my credit card was declined 3 times. I was forced to call my bank and prove I had the funds. It was quite embarrassing.
Someone needs to investigate why your payment system failed.
