I loved the service I received. The work on the car was perfect. When I walked to my car , the gas was completely on E and the gas light was on. When I brought the car in the gas was low but not on E. The side of the car and my front tire and white substance in it. It did come off when I got home with a brush. My items in the trunk were removed for repair and literally thrown back in the trunk. The little touches go along way. It’s obivjous a manger or supervisor did not check the car for sign off.

A communication mistake delayed repair a week or so, once that matter was resolved, the follow up on the progress or repair was great. My hand was held and my car was fixed like new as far as I can tell so far... I drove it home to southern NJ yesterday.

The service Rep., James, yes, we were very pleased with his him but the female answering the calls has poor skills. The service took a long time. We were given multiple days when the car should be fixed and none of them were correct. We were never contacted when something was wrong and the date would be extended. The website was updated multiple time stating the car was on schedule for completed repair by a specific date, which came and went then t said it was being painted, then it was going back to the body shop. It was a mess. I would not recommend Service King. If we were to have another accident, we would not bring it back to Service King.
