Great job. Everyone very nice and helpful. When truck wouldn't start when customer was to take it home, they jump started as a courtesy (problem not related to repairs but started on way to leave truck for repairs). Very pleased with work done and communication about delays in receiving parts as well as advising Allstate of finding more damage and getting that approved and communicating that update with customer. Liked texting that car was ready and for comments by customer. Pleased that Allstate does business with this Service King
