The updates were almost too much. I don't know what all these parts are, and I don't need to know twice a day what's happening. When I picked up my car the woman who gave me my keys (don't remember her name... She was pregnant) was eating pizza as she was helping me. I found that absolutely and extremely unprofessional and was extremely displeased with that. I asked for some touch up paint to be put on a scratch on the rear and it wasn't done. It took slightly longer than promised which wasn't really a big deal but it did take longer. Adam was polite to me during the whole process and I have to say, I'm completely satisfied with the body work. That is flawless.

I had no problem reaching Pate or his team members whenever I called in with questions or concerns. I was also delighted to have my car returned washed and cleaned. I commend the mechanics for doing a spectacular repair on my front bumper and fender. The paint matches perfectly as well. Every member of the Service King family were very hospitable and were kind in providing beverages whenever I visited. Stellar customer service. I would like to thank Robert Pate for being great on customer service. While my car was being repaired at service king I received every update I could have had and I felt comfortable asking anything at anytime.
