The Service King team should teach others what real customer service looks like. Wow, what an incredible team. From the second we walked in Yesenia was welcoming and friendly. When she had Mario come help us the dynamic duo showed us what they we're about. They are efficient, friendly, and made us feel comfortable the entire process. The beauty of it is that the whole team there was friendly. I would not trust my cars to any other body shop. It was bad enough that I had been in accident but these guys made it better. Yesenia, Mario,and the rest of the team are fantastic. Thanks guys!!

The car had to be returned to be fixed right and the repair which caused another issue has not been fixed. Even after being returned, it is still not fixed. I don't plan to ever return to service king after the way the manager treated both me and my wife

They installed the wrong grill and to date have not replaced it with the correct one. When we went to pick up the car the hood was out of alignment and the fenders and headlights had overspray on them.
