I would just like to share how happy I am about choosing Mini City Auto Body Shop. Besides the fact that everyone I came across with at the shop were very nice and friendly, the staff kept in touch with me and kept me updated with the status of the car. They even cleaned it! Obviously, they fixed my car like nothing ever happened, but besides just doing what I needed, they provided excellent customer service. I can't say I want to be involved in another collision, in fact, I NEVER what to go be involved in an accident period. If that is ever the case and I need my car to be fixed, I would DEFINITELY make Mini City Auto Body my choice. Thanks everyone @ MCAB!

This is a first class, well-managed business and the customer is always primary. Unfortunately I've had the experience of visiting them three times, but they always made it a good experience for me as a customer. My rear sensors don't work right and I left my truck for 2 ****/2 weeks and even asked before I left if the rear sensors were ok. The 1st time I backed up the rear sensors go off and now they go off every time I back up with literally nothing behind me. Now I have to schedule a time for you to adjust them and you had it available for an extra week and a half while I was on vacation. Not happy about this at all

I think the car should be returned cleaner than when I left it for 3000. My rear windows have handprints. There are dusty footprints in the back seat door threshold. The paint, which needs to inspected by the customer, is filthy. (Some of it was already there). There were spots on fhe roof from compound or putty that will likely rub out, but shouldn't be there when a customer is inspecting your work.
I don't expect a full car detail, but it is unacceptable to not be able to tell the cars condition due to your lack of cleanliness.

I was told the car would be ready Monday then noon Friday I get a call that the car is ready. This meant I had to reshuffle my schedule. If there was a possibility of the car being ready easier I should have been notified sooner
