Many thanks to the front end staff, all were very courteous and professional. Thank you to Joe for making sure my vehicle was put back to factory specs. I appreciate that you went the extra step to replace the bumper protector. We had one hiccup with the bumper being pushed out on the side but you fixed it immediately and provided an explanation as to why. The bumper looks great. I appreciate the hard work and clear dedication to making the vehicle look like its' pre-accident condition.
