Once it was determined that our car would not be ready by the original promised date of 5/10, we constantly had to call Joe for updates. Our next promise date was 5/12 or 5/13 and by 4pm on the 13th we hadn't heard anything. We called and our next promise date was 5/16 and we never heard from anyone and called again on 5/16 and we're promised end of day 5/18. Again, we called, Joe was out that day and the other gentlemen said Monday 5/23-4 business days past what Joe had told us 24 less than 24 hours ago. Brad made better work of getting something happening and we finally got our car on 5/20 after several more phone calls to Joe.

First I would like to start off by saying that the front desk personnel were very friendly and the gentleman who explained my repairs answered all of my questions without hesitation.
However, I had my front bumper, fender, one headlight and one fog light replaced by your shop. All which were done without any complaints. However, I would have really appreciated if someone had asked if I wanted my "other" headlight or fog light repaired even if that meant I had to pay out of pocket. To me that's the "extra" customer service which would have made your company stand out from all of the others. Now, I have to make other arrangements.
