They did a great job replacing the bumper and fixing some lingering issue. The new bumper looks great. It may be a shade lighter than the quarter panels, and there isn’t much of a blend, but by itself it looks great.

The car was first due to be completed on 7/2, this was over a week and a half after it was taken in. Then when I called to see if there was any chance it would be done on 7/**** to use for a long distance swim meet. I was told no, then on 7/2 it was moved to 7/8 and then when I called on 7/8 to find out what time you closed I was told it would not be done till 7/9. Then on 7/9 when I called they said it would be another day so they could wash it, I had my husband talk to the manager and he had to sit it the waiting room to get it at 4:30 on 7/9. We were down to one other car and we have one son swimming at Nationals and another son that is having cancer surgery this week And your shop did nothing but drag us along and make our lives a living HELL! Worse repair shop in the world and horrible customer service by Jon L. Who would not even call me back when I left message after message.
