My car was fixed in a timely manner and I was well informed through out the process. The car wise system was also very useful to check on any updates with my car. The two front desk women were also very helpful. Some things to note at the time of pickup it would of been nice for someone to come out and go over what was done to my car. I also noticed the seats and some items in my car were not in the same place I left it in at time of drop off. There was also another customers paperwork on my dashboard.
