I was prescheduled to drop off my car for the service. The whole pre-planning and me dropping off the car on my way to work gave me the impression that the car will be done at the end of the business day so one of my colleagues will give me a ride over to get the car. But when I checked in at 2pm, I was informed a technician was not even assigned to my car yet. That completely defeated the purpose of the prescheduling and my dropping off the car early and the hope of the service being completed the same day. I didn't arrange for a car rental because since the impression I get was that my car will be ready same day, I therefore, end up having to spent additional $80.00 with Uber.
