I was so impressed with Roger and his staff. He knew the exact process and what was needed to ensure an orderly and ontime repair. He even helped be an advocate for me to the rental company we had to use AFTER he already suggested trying to use the rental company that was a bit closer to their office. He could of easily muttered “i tried to warn you”, but instead came out with empathy and shared that he to tried to call them and get me rental quicker. Hauling around three children and having our car in the shop was not ideal, but he made it the best experience physically possible. We will use Autonation Collisin in the future if we ever need them again.
