I was told I was getting a new bumper freshly painted . When I picked up the car it was sweet from sitting I the rain so I didn’t notice that there are two spots on the bumper that look like touch up paint and not like the bumper is new and newly painted

My car was given back not completely fixed. Unacceptable. They knew it wasn’t fixed and didn’t say anything until we asked. Then they were like oh yeah it’s a part that’s broke but it’s under warranty so we don’t fix it. Unbelievable.
