Disappointed that I had to return the car the same morning I picked it up due to paint overspray on the windshield, hood and trunk. Disappointed that my service rep could not see or feel it and had 2 other people look/work on it. **** of the service rep's that worked on it said they would have to have someone come out and look at the spray booth as 3 other cars had the same problem.

Every step was explained in detail, updates were given so plans could be made for picking up and dropping off the rental car. The staff is friendly and if they didn't know the answer, they would find out. Hopefully I will not have to use them again, but if I did I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to others.
