Picked my van up Saturday. Found it to be leaking antifreeze. Found a hose not put on all the way. Got it back to the shop this morning to find out the mechanic saying it needs a water pump that when they brought it in the shop to assess the damage that it was leaking but it had stopped. So am back in a rental for a few more days. I just want my van fixed the right way with no leaks and the radiator filled properly with no air locks in it.

Had to be told 4 different times that I could pick up my truck tomorrow all because of what appeared to be lack of communication ordering a part and when that correct size of the rim finally came it was a totally different color. And then was told for my inconvenience that my whole truck would be washed waxed and detailed inside and out, all of which was NOT done. As well as was told my parts (old tire and side steps) would be in my truck upon pick up and all was missing, I had to call and ask where they were. Was told tire was still there but they accidentally threw my side steps in the trash. And to top it off I still have to take my time and go back out and get the correct rim put on. This is unacceptable by far. I hope there is some sort of resolution for all of this.
