It began with the friendly young lady at the front reception area ,she answered all my guestions and got me to John w.who wrote the estimate as I talked with him for about a half an hour then he set up an appt to get the work done. Next I spoke with a young man at the hertz car desk and he quickly took care of a rental car for me .When the body repair person fixed the damage it looked like new again.will recommend your shop to friends. thank you Body Pro's for great job.Brad B
