They took way longer then they should have to get the parts for my vehicle and tell me that they don’t know why my part wasn’t shipped in. I believe they just didn’t order it until the day I called. Had to keep a rental car longer then I wanted to because of there negligence.

Our repair was not completed, when they said the truck was ready to pick up. They didn't believe I hit a deer, even though my insurance had my statement and authorized the repair. I know what I hit. I really am angered by the assumption that I must be lying as there was no deer hair present. Stick to fixing my vehicle and not to assuming I lost my mind, and don't know what I hit.
