when I arrived on Saturday to collect my car, after numerous phone calls saying my car was ready, even though I was on business in San diego which had be communicated prior to this. I arrived and my 8 year old son noticed straight away that my car had a flat tire. I was told initially by reception that it was the cold weather and I should just go and inflate it. I challenged this and said it needs to be checked. They found a large screw embedded in the tire. I would strongly advise that prior to any car pickup, that the car is thoroughly checked. It should not take an 8 year old to spot a problem that a whole garage of trained mechanics missed.
