I loved the daily text updates, they made me feel informed and comfortable with where my car was being serviced and I enjoyed reading one everyday. The appraiser assigned to our car, Ali, was extremely nice. When I spoke to him on the phone, he kindly asked what had happened to the car since there was so much damage from the roof to the bumper. When I explained what happened, he seemed genuinely concerned and immediately asked if my husband had been okay after the accident. It was nice to feel that strangers I never met genuinely cared about our car and our well being. We went with Abra because it was a trusted shop with our insurance, and I can see why they chose Abra. I will definitely use Abra again in the future and will recommend them to anyone in need of body repair.

Ali & Phil are very customer service oriented. They kept me informed daily. They worked with my insurance company and I had no out of pocket expense. They did a beautiful job on my van. When I picked up on Saturday, it was washed and the windows were cleaned on the outside,as well as, the inside. Ali said it would take a week and everything was done in 5 days. The repair went above and beyond my expectations because of a spare tire cover that was replaced and my motor for the rear windshield wiper was fixed along with the cosmetic repairs. The car looks great and works great and I only had to pay my deductible.
