Excellent job and super people.They even picked me up when my car was ready!!!

I was very impressed with the speed and service provided to me at Body Works Collision Center. My car was completely taken care of in one day. The people were also courteous and they did great work at an excellent value.

I understand there may be problems on a company's part when employees leave and things get "lost" in the system but that should be transparent on the customer's part and that just didn't happen. Responding to questions and comments were non-existent, updates never happened and no calls were ever made or received, even when I called, I was always told that somebody would get back to me but failed in doing so. I had to push (very hard) to get my vehicle completed, which included ensuring communication between your company and my insurance company took place. "Waiting" to hear from the insurance company is not an acceptable answer, being proactive in holding them responsible should be your second task, first being total customer satisfaction and updating. Also, what good is having, and advertising, a website that a customer can follow the progress when it's not updated? (rhetorical question) No pictures or updates after the initial "drop-off" were ever done until I called and demanded my vehicle to be completed as soon as possible. As far as the work is concerned, I'm sorry to say but I honestly have seen better! Welding looked spotty and inconsistent and the area that was repaired initially looked good but after getting out of the sunlight I noticed it was not as smooth and flawless as it appeared. I can also see variations in the paint...not very happy with the work or customer service at all, the only exception would be your employee, I believe his name is Justin, at the front desk (if that's not his name, I apologize to him) he actually "saved" your company from getting an absolutely horrible rating on Yelp and all other rating sites. Keep that man, don't let him get away, he is good for your company. Quite honestly, I am not satisfied in the work performed at all (and I am not a hard man to please) but I would not take my vehicle back to get reworked on, I don't believe your metal workers or painters are capable in producing a satisfactory product. I really hate saying this because of Justin, but he has all my respect and loyalty, nothing else about my experience with your company would warrant me recommending you or giving you an even "satisfactory" rating.

Great service. Truck looks like new again. I did have to purchase a new battery after it being in the shop though. Overall the truck looks great

We are extremely satisfied with everything from walking in to get the estimate to leaving after it was fixed and looking great. Thank you for fixing my daughters car. The staff was very kind and very helpful with everything thank you.

This repair, though the least severe of any body repair I have had done, took three times longer than any previous. It seems to me that your shop or the insurance company abused our rental car coverage, as if that would make us not care how long it took. Nevertheless, your service was excellent and the work seems good, so I am still satisfied - just not "completely satisfied".

Everyone was very friendly and fun. I got updates on my car while it was being worked on and it came back perfect. Love the team here and would definitely recommend to others!

There are black marks on the side of drivers seat that were not there before. I hope I can remove them.
