I will be completely satisfied when the power door on the passenger side of my vehicle operates properly, that was paid for, as it did, prior to damage done by the gentleman that side swiped me. I am even willing to over look the rocker panel that was not repaired because "it was missed in the quote and by the insurance adjuster" as long as the door is fixed. On another note there is a bolt and retainer clip of some sort that was left in the driver door storage panel that I'm assuming belongs on my vehicle that was not there when I dropped it off? If it does belong to my vehicle please reinstall it to its proper location. The only other thing I could add would be if the interior could use a quick wipe down and blow the vents out from sitting in a shop for 2 weeks. Other than what is listed above the paint finish does appear to blend very well with the existing color. It appears during the work preformed I can see pride was taken in protecting the rest of the vehicle from overspray.

My son was involved in an accident on August 26th the damage was not that severe. But it was not completed until November 23rd. The communication process was no existent. To this day, I don't understand how it could take as long as it did. There was no communication between Justin and Hector. I was asked to make calls to the insurance company. This is something I should never have been asked to do. That is not my job. It's the responsibility of the body shop. There was always alot of finger pointing. But the body shop never accepted any responsibility for the repair taking so long. If you ask the body shop, it was the fault of the attorney, the insurance company. Never their fault. I went there on October 21st. There was a dentist sill on the left side. They said they didn't know why. So no Quality control. And took another month to fix a small dent. I could have taken my son's car any shop I wanted to. I was a previous customer and I was happy before. I even recommend my mom, my brother and others. This is the way I was treated. I didn't have to go there. But I promise you I will never be a customer there ever again.

Shop had my car 64 days , not acceptable . They also stated car was detailed ... only the side that was painted was detailed ! Washed and vaccumed . Yes. Not completely satisfied .
