Too many delays due to poor communication with insurance compsny. I had to rent a car for 9 additional days.

My wife and I are very pleased with the outcome of our vehicle. Justin from bodyworks was very helpful and professional from the beginning and threw out the whole process of dealing with my insurance company and getting all oem parts to restore my car back to original factory specs. All the staff in the office as well were attentive whenever I had questions or concerns.i don't plan on having anymore accidents but if I did they would be my first call to fix my car and I'd recommend them to anyone that wants there car to be fixed correctly and look as if it was brand new.

Not satisfied at all!! They lacked communication, kept giving me the wrong dates of when my car was finished, never communicated that there was a delay and why, my car has a piece to the side of my car still sticking out, as if the part they put in doesn't fit properly. I am not satisfied at all and will never do service with this company again!!!
