There are places Where the paint is chipped. My rain guards are scratched, they left compound from buffing the car, and after they buffed it they washed it and left residue and water all over the car. And there was bondo dust all over the inside of my car

The service was excellent but I still have a problem with the rear door so will call tomorrow.
Although I was kept updated regularly once parts were received and work begun, that was not true in the beginning. I was told I would be notified when farmers accepted the estimate and when parts ordered were expected. yhat did not happen. Once I called to chk however, they were very apologetic and kept me on the radar regularly after that.
