The best service I have experienced. It is a weird feeling when someone dents your car. I felt very angry, however, Nicole, eased my anger as she said they could help me. USAA has been my support since 1968. It is a great feeling to have USAA service here in the maddening crunch of traffic in the South Lake Union area. Very satisfied. My "new battery," was six years old which they crew suggested I check....They were awesome in helping me get back on the road.

I towed my car from your shop to another shop because your shop refuse to tell me when they might be able to do an estimate on our car. Just a few months ago we had our car there for repairs, paid about 1000.00 out of pocket, and had no problems. I do not intend to bring my car there again. I work in customer service and would never treat my customers that way.
