You folks did a great job.
As you know, we found it confusing that you initially said it would take less than a week when we got the estimate; then when we took it in to get it done you said one and ****/2 weeks. Then you sent automatic updates that said it would be ready at 4:30 on Friday (the "less than one week" time), but when I called you said "ignore the automated updates, it'll really take as long as we said. Then we got the call that it was actually ready at 3:30pm on that Friday (earlier even than what the "wrong" automated message had said).
We were thrilled that it was done within only 4 days, but the differing done times given were unsettling! Made it hard to plan.
Huge thanks though, we're overall very satisfied, as usual, with your work.

Your front line staff are excellent. Your frequent email notices indicated that the car would be completed and ready for pick-up on Wednesday, Dec 14 with no indication that there was a problem of any kind. Late in the day on Wednesday, I received an email indicating the car would not be ready until the following Monday, Dec 19. I followed this with a phone call to the estimator to find out that parts were still needed and a delay of several days required. I had appointments scheduled on Thursday that needed to be rescheduled. Sending numerous emails stating things were going alone smoothly and the car would be finished on a specific date only to find out at the last minute that was not the case is not good customer service. Had I known there was an issue with parts, I would not have scheduled appointments that needed to be cancelled and rescheduled at a later date.

Your staff are all very nice!! We always felt very welcome when in your waiting area. I found the text reminders/updates helpful. My car was clean inside and out, which was a very pleasant surprise!!! I really appreciated that!! Made me feel like I was getting into a new car. The repair work looks fantastic!! Can't even tell there was ever a scratch on the door. My only frustration was that I called ahead to be sure my car was ready for pick up and was told that it was, but it was still in the cleaning process. I was on a tight schedule so I had to come back a second time. Not the end of the world, just inconvenient. Overall my experience was fantastic!! Thank you!!
