I enjoyed the team at fix, but my car was significantly later than anticipated because of health and other delays at the shop, then upon delivery the rear window was not installed properly resulting in me having to come back to have the rear glass replaced again. This should have been checked and addressed at install and not when the car was returned to me. Given that I have to return to the shop we have one more chance to make sure its a good experience. Enjoy the weekend.

I wonder whether you might have anticipated that the lift gate was damaged when I was rear-ended twice in the same hit and so damage was a high possibility. Then you would have prepared for that and how you would cope when the adjuster left. The process would have been a little more efficient. As long a I had the rental car I wasn't in any inconvenience,
I enjoyed working with you and was delighted by the way you buffed/polished the whole car before returning it.
