When I was first greeted at your shop, It was not a good experience. I almost left and went somewhere else but the car was not safe to drive and i had just been in a wreck and was mentally drained . I had already had this set up with my insurance co and Abra in advance before I got there . She Did not have me in the system for some reason. She did not want me to leave my car and she wanted me to make an appointment.She was even rude when it came to getting my rental car. When I was finally allowed to sign AN and leave my car everything went smoothly after that. Jesse the young man overseeing the repairs of my car was amazing. He kept me updated regularly. Car looks great.I would love to speak to somebody and tell them what happened. ****-****-xxxx

The new trim that did not have to even be replaced is a different color from the rest the car. The dent was filled with body filler and “smoothed” , rather than popping the dent out. And now the edge that was flat is now rounded and shows all of this.
